Shipping Policy

We ship orders out once per week. Usually on the weekends. When you place an order, you will receive an email within a few days that contains a tracking number. The item will be processed with Canada Post on the weekend and ship out the Monday of the following week. 

We cannot offer any express delivery at this time. Unfortunately we have had to raise our shipping prices. Free shipping is only now offered over $75 CAD and otherwise shipping will be $20 per order. We wish we could have kept the price less expensive but the shipping costs have risen dramatically in the last few years. The price to ship a basic small item with Canada Post has literally doubled since we started the website.

We are always quick to reply to emails within a business day, so never hesitate to reach out if something is delayed.

If your order is urgent and you are ordering a product that you absolutely need by a certain date, please send us a follow up email right after you complete your order and make that clear to us. We will do our absolute best to make sure it arrives on time for you – but we cannot make any guarantees or promises.
